Senior Consultant Financial Services

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands; work from home, the client, or the Amsterdam office.

What you will do

• Execute transformation projects for financial services clients.
• Perform complex analyses, identify key issues, and create solutions and action plans.
• Apply consulting methodologies and tools within client organizations.
• Identify and develop commercial opportunities with the team.
• Guide consultants, support deliverables, and facilitate professional development.
• Deliver internal and external training based on consulting expertise.

Requirements

• Master’s degree.
• At least 3 years of consulting experience in the financial services industry.
• Dutch and English required; non-Dutch speakers will not be accepted.
• Strong knowledge of financial products, trends, and processes at strategic or operational level.
• Ability to process information, identify problems and trends, and solve complex problems.
• Interest in data and AI-related topics, with strong communication, presentation, teamwork, and entrepreneurial skills.

Nice to have

• French language skills.
