Informatics Lead, Clinical Intelligence (AI)

Location: Remote nationwide within the United States; occasional travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings may be required.

Salary: $117,600–$161,700 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Analyze data, feasibility, and business value for Clinical Intelligence initiatives across Home Health, Primary Care, and Pharmacy.
• Identify opportunities to connect patient risk factors, care history, engagement data, and clinical context across products and experiences.
• Design evaluation schemes and measurement plans for production intelligence products, including impact, drift, accuracy, and benchmark performance.
• Establish success metrics and quantify effects on care coordination, personalization, operational efficiency, and patient outcomes.
• Lead exploratory analyses of unmet clinical and operational needs and inform product roadmaps and investment decisions.
• Collaborate with product, clinical, business, data, engineering, AI/ML, compliance, and operations stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of data analytics experience, or a master’s degree with 4+ years of experience.
• At least 4 years of experience analyzing clinical intelligence solutions that affect patient care decisions.
• At least 4 years of experience evaluating outcomes, performance, and validation of AI and ML solutions.
• Advanced SQL and Python skills for analyzing complex datasets.
• Experience applying clinical and public health research methodologies, model evaluation techniques, and analytics engineering to guide business decisions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presenting findings to senior leadership.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Public Health or a related healthcare field, with expertise in epidemiology or population health.
• Experience with Databricks or other cloud-based data transformation tools.
• Experience developing AI-driven capabilities for patient data, insights, and decision support.
• Experience in Agile or test-and-learn environments.
