Associate Manager - Tax Data Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT data pipelines.
• Develop and optimize data models and warehouse structures for analytics and reporting.
• Ingest, transform, control, and validate data from new and existing sources.
• Collaborate with Analytics, Data Science, and business partners on new initiatives and requirements.
• Use AI-assisted tooling to automate recurring data tasks and pipelines.
• Monitor data quality, reliability, and observability, resolve data issues, and document systems and processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering or a similar role.
• Experience with DBT or a similar data-flow management product.
• Expertise in SQL and experience with Snowflake.
• Proficiency in Python or a comparable programming language for data pipelines.
• Experience with modern data-stack and orchestration tools such as Airflow, Spark, or Kafka.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, project-management, and problem-solving skills; a relevant degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience with Claude, Cursor, and similar AI tools.
