Lead Data Engineer

What you will do

• Own the middle layer of data pipelines by combining Quantum interaction data with account, device, and operational data sources.
• Build and maintain ETL workflows on daily, weekly, and monthly schedules.
• Manage AWS processing resources, validate outputs, and prepare reliable datasets for Tableau.
• Design application data structures that reduce compute requirements and support efficient dashboard performance.
• Investigate data discrepancies, troubleshoot pipeline issues, and adapt workflows to changing application and reporting needs.
• Collaborate with engineering leads, data engineers, application developers, and data product owners.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering, data architecture, or a related field.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS data processing resources.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with Spark.
• Experience building ETL pipelines, integrating multiple data sources, and organizing data for analytics.
• Strong investigative, problem-solving, ownership, and collaboration skills.
• Advanced English proficiency at B2+ level.
