Manager - Data Strategy & Management

What you will do

• Execute enterprise data strategy initiatives by delivering scalable data pipelines, assets, frameworks, and solutions.
• Build, enhance, and maintain reliable data pipelines and curated data layers for analytics and performance reporting.
• Translate business and analytics requirements into scalable data designs, data structures, and technical solutions.
• Operationalize data governance standards, data quality rules, privacy controls, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with data science, analytics, marketing, digital, and technology partners to enable advanced analytics and business decision-making.
• Support automation, validation, monitoring, risk identification, knowledge sharing, and mentoring of junior team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, Master’s degree with 3+ years, or PhD with 0–2 years.
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL, Python, and modern data platforms.
• Understanding of data pipelines, data modeling, and distributed data architectures.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical data solutions.
• Working knowledge of data governance, data quality, privacy, security, and compliance concepts.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in commercial, marketing, regulated, or life sciences environments.
• Familiarity with API integrations, data validation frameworks, and analytics-ready data models.
• Experience with agile delivery environments, cloud-based data platforms, and orchestration tools.
