Sr Associate, Data Strategy & Management – GCA Mexico Analytics Center

Location: Mexico City; hybrid work from the assigned hirify.global office 2–3 days per week or as required by the business

What you will do

• Execute enterprise data strategy initiatives by delivering pipelines, data assets, frameworks, and reusable solutions.
• Design, build, enhance, and maintain scalable data pipelines, curated data layers, and analytics-ready data structures.
• Operationalize data governance standards, data quality rules, privacy controls, security practices, and regulatory requirements.
• Translate business and analytics requirements into reliable technical data solutions.
• Enable data science, analytics, marketing, digital, and technology teams through high-quality data products and integrations.
• Automate validation and monitoring, identify delivery risks, communicate technical concepts, and mentor junior team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of relevant experience, or a master’s degree and 1+ year in data engineering, data strategy, analytics engineering, or a related field.
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL, Python, and modern data platforms.
• Understanding of data pipelines, data modeling, and distributed data architectures.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical data solutions.
• Working knowledge of data governance, data quality, privacy, security, and compliance concepts.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in commercial, marketing, life sciences, or other regulated environments.
• Familiarity with API integrations, data validation frameworks, and analytics-ready data models.
• Experience with agile delivery environments, cloud-based data platforms, or orchestration tools.
