Senior Program Manager (Data Platforms)

Location: Randstad, Netherlands, hybrid

hirify.global is recruiting for a large Dutch financial institution undergoing major data platform transformation.

What you will do

• Act as the single point of contact for the Data Management, Data Warehouse, and Data Lake area.
• Own integrated planning for changes affecting the data platform.
• Map and manage upstream and downstream dependencies from source systems to data consumers.
• Translate programme demand into scope, priorities, and capacity for delivery teams.
• Manage risks, issues, escalations, and senior management reporting.
• Align two programmes with competing timelines on one platform roadmap.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Senior Program Manager or Senior Project Manager on complex IT change.
• Proven experience in Data Warehouse, Data Lake, data management, or data platform environments.
• Strong understanding of data and IT landscapes and chain dependencies without requiring hands-on engineering.
• Experience managing multiple large programmes or workstreams in parallel.
• Strong senior-level stakeholder management and the ability to represent an IT area as a single voice.
• Fluent English required.

Nice to have

• Experience in banking or another regulated, large-scale environment.
