Product Manager - Clinical Member Data (Clinical Data)

What you will do

• Define the product vision, strategy, roadmap, priorities, experiments, and execution plan.
• Lead data discovery to identify and prioritize clinical data assets with the greatest business value.
• Own the product portfolio, backlog, and prioritization across internal and partner teams.
• Represent the product in governance meetings and sprint or milestone reviews.
• Facilitate large cross-functional meetings and communicate decisions from product teams to executive stakeholders.
• Identify cross-product and cross-customer value, shared learnings, and opportunities for asset improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in science, technology, mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience and education.
• At least 3 years of product management experience.
• At least 3 years of software lifecycle experience.
• At least 1 year of advanced domain experience and experience with EHR clinical data.
• Understanding of HIPAA and PHI handling, plus familiarity with HL7, FHIR, ICD-10, CPT, SNOMED, and LOINC clinical data standards.
• Must work remotely from Pennsylvania, United States.
