Manufacturing Equipment Engineer (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

Salary: $72,774–$92,179 per year, plus a bonus opportunity.

What you will do

• Assist with the assembly, integration, testing, and preparation of complex semiconductor manufacturing systems for customer shipment.
• Execute system setup, assembly, disassembly, verification, packaging, crating, and shipment-preparation activities using technical documentation.
• Track raw materials and supplies, identify shortages, and support efficient production and logistics operations.
• Collect and interpret manufacturing data, document issues through the Z3 process, and support RFAIN escalation procedures.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineers and Technicians to troubleshoot technical issues, perform corrective actions, and assist with minor repairs and rework.
• Contribute to continuous improvement focused on efficiency, quality, safety, reliability, and 6S workplace organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• 0–2 years of related manufacturing, engineering, or production experience.
• Foundational knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or manufacturing engineering principles.
• Ability to follow established procedures and technical documentation with attention to detail.
• Basic analytical and problem-solving skills, with interest in learning structured troubleshooting methods.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently on assigned tasks.
