Manufacturing Technician Day Shift 7 (Semiconductor)

Location: On-site in Chandler/Phoenix, Arizona, United States; Shift 7 runs from 6:00 AM to 6:18 PM on an alternating weekly schedule.

Annual salary range: $51,710–$99,770 USD; hourly role.

What you will do

• Operate production equipment and analyze operating data to maintain quality, efficiency, and process stability.
• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot equipment issues, manage spare parts, and support uninterrupted production.
• Lead process improvement initiatives and resolve nonstandard production events.
• Collaborate with Module Engineering on experiments, equipment configuration changes, and data collection.
• Train and certify team members, maintain procedures, and participate in safety and emergency response activities.
• Set up and calibrate equipment for consistent tool performance.

Requirements

• Associate degree in a STEM field, or a high school diploma/GED with relevant manufacturing or military technical experience.
• Alternatively, a high school diploma/GED with at least one year of equipment maintenance experience.
• Ability to lift components up to 25 lbs, work at height using ladders, and wear required safety equipment, including an air respirator when necessary.
• This position is on-site in Arizona and is not eligible for hirify.global immigration sponsorship.
• Adaptability, initiative, collaboration, attention to detail, resilience, and a strong safety mindset.

Nice to have

• At least six months of experience in electronics equipment troubleshooting, semiconductor manufacturing, or installation and repair.
• Emergency Response Team training and certification.
• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field.
