Program Manager (HVACR)

Location: Sidney, Ohio, USA; hybrid work with at least three days per week in the office. Ability to travel approximately 10% and collaborate across locations and time zones is required.

What you will do

• Build and maintain integrated plans covering scope, schedule, resources, costs, milestones, and delivery commitments.
• Coordinate cross-functional work across Product Management, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and other stakeholders.
• Identify execution risks and issues, develop mitigation and recovery plans, and escalate impacts with recommended actions.
• Coordinate gate deliverables, maintain project baselines, and assess changes against approved objectives.
• Align development, validation, manufacturing, supply chain, and support functions for launch, implementation, and handoff readiness.
• Track dependencies and business outcomes while improving stakeholder communications, processes, tools, and lessons learned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant education and experience.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects in product development, engineering, manufacturing, or a related environment.
• Working proficiency in scope, schedule, cost, risk, and issue management.
• Ability to organize complex work, maintain reliable project information, manage competing priorities, and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Proficiency with project management systems and business reporting tools.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not provided.

Nice to have

• PMP, PgMP, or another relevant project or program management certification.
• Experience in refrigeration, HVAC, compression, controls, new product development, stage-gate processes, manufacturing, or launch readiness.
• Experience coordinating related projects, managing dependencies, or supporting business-case realization.
• Experience with Cora or comparable project and portfolio management platforms.
• Experience applying artificial intelligence to business processes, reporting, analysis, or project and program management workflows with appropriate human review.
