PLM Business Analyst & Trade Support Role (Cocoa Products)

What you will do

• Support internal contract management for cocoa products, including allocations, fixings, and deal ticket adjustments.
• Work with sales teams on customer- and product-level demand forecasting and forecast accuracy improvement.
• Compile European and global budgets, analyze performance variances, and identify root causes related to volume, price, and product mix.
• Report customer positions, future coverage, sales indications, budgets, cocoa trade flows, product prices, and ratios.
• Maintain the customer product usage database and perform price sensitivity analysis across customer segments.
• Prepare customer and management presentations, internal reports, and ad hoc commercial analyses.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Economics, Finance, Data/Analytics, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent commercial experience.
• Several years of experience in business analysis, commercial finance, supply chain analytics, procurement, or commodity or ingredients trading.
• Strong Excel and business intelligence or data visualization skills, with experience using ERP systems and large datasets.
• Strong numerical, analytical, communication, and presentation skills with a structured approach to problem solving.
• Commercial mindset, attention to detail, prioritization skills, and the ability to work across functions and geographies.

Nice to have

• Experience in food and beverage or related sectors.
• Familiarity with commodity markets, international trade, or sustainability topics, especially cocoa or chocolate.
