Business Analyst (Electric Mobility)

Location: Hybrid in Stockholm or Gothenburg, with applicants in Berlin or Amsterdam also considered

What you will do

• Analyze customer transport data to identify electrification opportunities.
• Develop short- and long-term electrification roadmaps.
• Design and optimize electric transport solutions with cross-functional teams.
• Calculate business cases and create presentations and reports.
• Identify trends in complex datasets and provide recommendations.
• Support customer discussions with senior stakeholders and improve team tools and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a similar field.
• At least 1 year of post-graduation experience in consulting, finance, or another quantitative role in a high-growth startup.
• Strong analytical, conceptual thinking, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Interest in e-mobility, transport, logistics, or supply chain topics.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets and experience with business case models.
• Experience using Python, R, or similar data analysis tools; full professional proficiency in English and German is required.

Nice to have

• Swedish language skills.
• Experience applying GenAI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT/Codex, or Gemini.
