Finance Business Analyst Corporate Control Level 4

Location: Netherlands, with working from home and up to 8 weeks working abroad within the EU and Caribbean if the job allows.

Gross monthly salary: €5,700–€8,200.

What you will do

• Drive innovation, digitalisation and automation within Finance.
• Develop Power BI dashboards, reports and data-driven insights.
• Support month-end closing, forecasting, budgeting and five-year strategic planning.
• Prepare analyses and reports for the Board of Directors, Executive Team, Supervisory Board and Air France-hirify.global stakeholders.
• Contribute to investment analyses, fleet studies, business cases and other strategic projects.
• Translate complex financial information into clear recommendations and support continuous improvement.

Requirements

• University-level working and thinking ability, preferably in Finance, Business Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least five years of experience in Finance, Controlling or Business Analysis.
• Knowledge of Power BI or similar business intelligence tools, with an interest in data, automation and technology.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience working in a large or complex organisation and a strong sense of ownership.
• Excellent command of English required.

Nice to have

• RC, RA or comparable professional qualification.
