Senior Software Engineer - Distributed Systems (Continuous Profiler)

What you will do

• Design and build core services for a continuous profiling product operating at large scale.
• Develop systems that ingest, process, index, store, and interpret profiling data.
• Collaborate in multidisciplinary squads and iterate with customers from early exploration through product delivery.
• Own code from development through production while meeting demanding SLOs and quality standards.
• Support multiple ways of consuming profiling data, including UIs, agentic tools, internal applications, integrations, and partner products.

Requirements

• Professional experience with Java and/or Go.
• Experience building high-performance, large-scale distributed systems.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Ability to review architectural proposals and guide technical trade-offs in a complex product space.
• Experience working with AI coding agents to produce performant and maintainable code.
• Experience collaborating with distributed teams.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of statistical methods such as sampling strategies, Bayesian optimization, or sensor fusion.
