What you will do

• Design and validate multi-tens-of-GHz optical and electrical receiver and transmitter chips.
• Develop active circuits and broadband analog and mixed-signal front ends using CMOS and BiCMOS technologies.
• Design analog circuits including CTLEs, TIAs, ADCs, DACs, PLLs, filters, regulators, sensors, bandgaps, and AGC loops.
• Perform chip tapeout, laboratory evaluation, IC performance measurement, and simulation-to-measurement correlation.
• Collaborate on post-silicon validation, qualification, transition to mass production, and customer support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with 10+ years of industry experience, or a Master’s/PhD degree with 7+ years of experience.
• Hands-on experience designing analog and mixed-signal circuits in FinFET CMOS or SiGe BiCMOS technologies.
• Experience with high-performance receiver design, including chip tapeout and laboratory evaluation.
• Experience using EDA CAD tools, performing analog custom layout, and debugging designs against measurements.
• Strong understanding of transistor-level design, device physics, and control or feedback loop stability.
• Strong communication, presentation, documentation, and teamwork skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with AGC loops, precision analog circuits, continuous-time linear equalizers, or package-system integration.
