Senior Technical Product Manager (AI)

Location: Full-time, fully remote; Los Angeles is a plus but not required

Salary: $120,000–$150,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Own product judgment and roadmap direction across Single Brain and API Gateway.
• Identify and improve key metrics including activation, usage, retention, expansion, revenue, time-to-value, and integration adoption.
• Diagnose product constraints and define engineering work through clear hypotheses and success criteria.
• Lead weekly sprint kickoffs and create clarity around metrics, planned work, and evaluation.
• Conduct customer discovery, prioritize high-leverage opportunities, and protect the team from low-impact work.
• Own product analytics, instrumentation quality, launch reviews, and build → measure → iterate cycles.

Requirements

• Experience owning a technical software product involving APIs, integrations, authentication, or data.
• Evidence of personally owned and improved product metrics through diagnosis and measurement.
• Experience leading sprints and prioritization with engineering teams without acting as a people manager.
• Experience owning product analytics and instrumentation, including tools such as PostHog, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar.
• Advanced daily use of AI for research, interview synthesis, analytics, specifications, prototypes, experiment design, and competitive analysis.
• High-agency roadmap ownership rather than project coordination or backlog administration.

• Experience in an early-stage or growth-stage company.
• Experience with developer tools, API, infrastructure, or AI products.
