Project Manager (E-commerce)

What you will do

• Plan, coordinate, and implement complex online and e-commerce projects while tracking milestones.
• Manage projects from offer preparation through key-figure control, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
• Coordinate requirements between clients, internal stakeholders, and implementation specialists.
• Advise and support clients through confident and proactive communication.
• Apply stakeholder management, risk management, controlling, and reporting practices.
• Lead interdisciplinary project teams across strategy, UX, UI, development, and QA.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a client-facing agency role or corporate consulting environment.
• Fluent written and spoken German and English required.
• Practical experience managing the technical implementation of digital and/or e-commerce projects.
• Experience with multi-project management and classic and agile project management methods and tools such as Asana or Jira.
• Ability to create cost overviews, offers, project plans, milestones, dependencies, and client re-briefings.
• Structured, independent, quality-focused work style with experience leading interdisciplinary teams.
