What you will do

• Design, implement, and support scalable enterprise systems focused on reliability, security, and automation.
• Build identity provisioning, deprovisioning, access governance, lifecycle management, and self-service workflows using Okta, SCIM, APIs, and automation tools.
• Administer and improve Google Workspace, Atlassian, Slack, GitHub, identity services, and other enterprise platforms.
• Partner with Security and Infrastructure on identity governance, device trust, access controls, compliance, and audit-readiness initiatives.
• Evaluate and operationalize AI-enabled workflows that improve internal processes, service delivery, and employee productivity.
• Participate in platform roadmaps, incident response, troubleshooting, documentation, change management, and operational support.

Requirements

• Experience designing, administering, and supporting SaaS-heavy enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of SSO, MFA, SCIM, lifecycle management, RBAC, and access governance.
• Proficiency with automation, scripting, and integrations using Python, PowerShell, REST APIs, Terraform, or workflow automation platforms.
• Experience with enterprise platforms such as Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, GitHub, Atlassian, or endpoint management solutions.
• Familiarity with SOX, SOC 2, or ISO 27001 security, compliance, and audit frameworks.
• Ability to manage technical projects and collaborate across Security, Engineering, People, Finance, and IT.

Nice to have

• Certifications in Okta, Google Workspace, Atlassian, Kandji, GitHub, or related enterprise platforms.
• Experience with Atlassian Cloud, including Jira, Jira Service Management, and Confluence.
• Experience with Okta Workflows, Terraform, Workato, or similar automation platforms.
• Experience implementing AI-enabled workflows, copilots, agents, or enterprise AI governance.
• Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure and high-growth SaaS environments.
