AI Enablement and Learning Specialist (AI)

Location: Fully remote; global team spanning 60+ countries

What you will do

• Research practical AI-powered approaches for learning goals and recommend solutions worth implementing.
• Prototype Claude-supported learning resources and workflow automations, then turn successful concepts into working systems.
• Build and launch learning initiatives from initial idea through adoption.
• Run and improve async onboarding with a mostly automated experience for new joiners.
• Organize and maintain learning knowledge so it remains easy to find, trusted, and current.
• Automate enrolments, reminders, tracking, and reporting across learning systems while maintaining tools such as Sana LMS, Notion, and Claude.

Requirements

• Strong experience organizing and managing knowledge, including structuring information and keeping it current.
• Hands-on experience building with AI and using workflow automation tools, with comfort handling technical details.
• Systems mindset with the ability to solve ambiguous problems and turn rough goals into clear plans.
• Ability to create clear, simple learning content and communications.
• Proactive, independent approach and a learner-focused mindset.
• Strong written English and comfort working asynchronously in a fully remote team.

Nice to have

• Experience in learning and development, HR, enablement, or a related field.
• Experience with learning platforms such as an LMS.
