Technical Trainer (AI Workflows & Automation)

Location: Home-based in the UK with occasional travel to the London office, client sites, or hirify.global hubs

What you will do

• Deliver the Level 4 AI Workflow Specialist curriculum and core modules across digital and data literacy programmes.
• Lead practical workshops using low-code automation platforms such as Power Automate, n8n, and Zapier with enterprise LLM environments including ChatGPT, Copilot, and Gemini.
• Teach prompt engineering, prompt chaining, agentic AI patterns, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, and organisational knowledge architectures.
• Teach process optimisation, value stream mapping, AI economics, and automation ROI tracking.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to improve curriculum resources, labs, learning paths, and automation scenarios.
• Apply quality standards and maintain expertise across GenAI tools, low-code frameworks, data structures, and workplace adoption patterns.

Requirements

• Must currently be based in the UK and have the legal right to work in the UK.
• Hands-on experience building and teaching automated workflows with Power Automate, n8n, Zapier, APIs, webhooks, and JSON data parsing.
• Strong enterprise GenAI and advanced prompt engineering experience, including multi-shot prompting, prompt chaining, structured outputs, and Google Workspace/Studio or Microsoft 365 AI ecosystems.
• Practical understanding of vector search, context windows, chunking strategies, RAG architectures, and connections between AI and organisational data.
• Ability to teach process mapping, value stream re-engineering, automation ROI calculation, and complex technical concepts to non-technical business staff.

Nice to have

• Functional Python scripting skills for custom integrations and basic data manipulation.
• Experience with LLMOps, AI safety, guardrails, PII filtering, human-in-the-loop design, Shadow AI mitigation, or Algorithmic Impact Assessments.
• Knowledge of data privacy standards and GDPR compliance.
• PGCE, QTS, an equivalent teaching qualification, or substantial enterprise facilitation experience.
