Training Program Lead (AI)

Location: Colombia; fully remote

What you will do

• Plan and oversee the end-to-end execution of training programs, bootcamps, and workshops.
• Maintain training schedules, materials, documentation, participant resources, and assessments.
• Coordinate facilitators, instructors, subject matter experts, and stakeholders across teams and timelines.
• Manage virtual and in-person training logistics, including session setup, tools, recordings, and certificates.
• Track attendance, engagement, completion rates, feedback, and program impact metrics.
• Develop standardized processes and playbooks for repeatable training operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations, project management, industrial engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in program management or project coordination.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• Experience coordinating stakeholders and working across multiple teams and timelines.
• Experience with Monday, Trello, Notion, or similar project management tools.
• Advanced written and verbal English at B2+ level; based in Colombia.
