AI Enablement Lead

Location: Remote in Canada, limited to applicants from Ontario and Québec; fixed-term position based in Montreal or Toronto

What you will do

• Build the training strategy and curriculum for an Experience-Led, AI-Native workforce.
• Design self-service, classroom-style, and guided learning experiences, including hands-on projects based on live delivery proof points.
• Define internal AI-Native SDLC proficiency levels and run training for practitioners and teams starting AI-native engagements.
• Coordinate the AI Transformation Office’s champion and practitioner network to scale enablement delivery.
• Own onboarding curriculum for new hires and bench redeployments, with a focus on reducing time-to-productivity.
• Maintain AI-Native hub content, communications, certification alignment, adoption reporting, and training metrics.

Requirements

• Fluent in AI-native ways of working, including Spec-Driven Development, building agents and skills, and designing delivery workflows.
• Understanding of the SDLC and how to transform it with AI, plus familiarity with forward deployed engineering.
• Experience designing training or curriculum at scale, with strong instructional design and live facilitation skills.
• Experience measuring training effectiveness and connecting learning metrics to business outcomes.
• Familiarity with Google, Microsoft, Anthropic, and Databricks certification programs.
• Québec-based candidates must be fluent in English to collaborate with teams across the Americas and occasionally Europe.
