HRIS Product Owner (Workday)

Location: Warsaw, Poland; hybrid work model with flexible working hours

What you will do

• Configure and maintain Workday functional areas, including HCM, Job Architecture, Time Tracking, Absence Management, and Advanced Compensation.
• Analyze People & Culture requirements and design scalable solutions within Workday or through external integrations.
• Manage business process security, domain security policies, and user- and role-based access controls.
• Partner with People & Culture, Finance, and cross-functional stakeholders to define system deliverables and Jira roadmaps.
• Maintain data integrity through testing, audits, quality controls, and workflow improvements.
• Support end users in Time Tracking and Absence Management while identifying opportunities to improve HR tools and employee experience.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of hands-on Workday administration and configuration experience; 5+ years in HRIS environments is preferred.
• Strong technical background in Core Workday HCM.
• Expertise or functional knowledge of at least one of Time Tracking, Absence Management, or Advanced Compensation.
• Experience designing end-to-end technical solutions and solving complex business challenges beyond standard system capabilities.
• Understanding of Workday domain and business process security frameworks, plus experience using Jira in an agile environment.
• Fluent English, strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and self-management skills.
