Workday Integration Specialist (Workday): Designing, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting Workday integration solutions for ING’s global HR services with an accent on EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, Workday Studio, and payroll integrations. Focus on monitoring interfaces, resolving inbound and outbound integration issues, maintaining data quality, and supporting a stable systems environment.
Location: Warsaw, Poland (Pańska 97)
Salary: 9,600–18,000 PLN per month

What you will do
- Support Workday integration issues, monitoring, and AMS activities.
- Assist with designing and developing new integration systems.
- Perform administrative tasks related to integrations, tenant configuration, data loads, and upgrades.
- Support inbound and outbound integrations, including changes to existing interfaces.
- Help maintain a stable and well-controlled systems environment.
Requirements
- Solid experience designing, building, testing, and deploying Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, and Cloud Connect.
- Familiarity with Workday Studio and basic understanding of PECI and PICOF payroll integrations.
- Experience with integration support, regression testing, incident management, and monitoring.
- Understanding of data governance and data quality practices.
- Full professional fluency in written and spoken English.

- Workday Integration certification as a Service Partner or Customer.
- HR functional knowledge.
