Tech Lead (AI)

hirify.global LTD is building an AI-powered game production technology platform.

What you will do

• Define the technology strategy and target architecture.
• Design an end-to-end AI-powered game production pipeline with human-in-the-loop checkpoints.
• Select AI models, agentic frameworks, development tools, and infrastructure.
• Design AI-agent interactions, including context, memory, tools, generated artifacts, evaluation, guardrails, and observability.
• Build AI-powered workflows for coding, testing, code review, refactoring, documentation, UI, 2D/3D assets, animations, and visual effects.
• Design shared game-engine technology, SDKs, backend services, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, monitoring, and incident management.

Requirements

• Experience as a CTO, VP of Engineering, Head of Engineering, Principal Engineer, or Software Architect.
• Experience building a technology product or platform from the ground up and scaling engineering teams while remaining hands-on.
• Strong system architecture and production engineering expertise.
• Practical experience implementing AI in product development, software engineering, or digital content production.
• Strong knowledge of LLMs, multimodal models, AI agents, RAG, tool calling, agent orchestration, prompt and memory management, evaluation, guardrails, and observability.
• Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, monitoring, GPU infrastructure, and self-hosted models.
