What you will do

• Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for AI-enhanced redesign.
• Redefine processes with process owners by combining AI tooling and practical automation.
• Design, build, and integrate AI-enabled solutions from prototypes through production-ready tools.
• Develop integrations, scripts, and workflows using LLM APIs, AI agents, RAG, and workflow automation platforms.
• Assess AI use cases for feasibility, business value, cost, and risk, then measure results and iterate.
• Document solutions, support adoption, and coach teams on effective AI usage.

Requirements

• Solid programming background in one or more of Python, TypeScript, Java, or C#.
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs, AI coding assistants, agent frameworks, RAG, or workflow automation platforms such as Claude, Microsoft Power Automate, or Copilot Studio.
• Understanding of AI capabilities and limitations, with the ability to evaluate where AI improves a process.
• Experience with process analysis, APIs, integrations, and cloud platforms.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with non-technical stakeholders independently and collaboratively.
• Confident English communication is required for working in an international environment.
