Delivery Manager

Location: Belarus, Georgia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, or Serbia

Salary: EUR 2,000–4,400 per month gross; final compensation depends on experience, location, and professional growth.

What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of software development projects from pre-sales through post-production.
• Control timelines, risks, budgets, profitability, and client business expectations.
• Analyze RFPs, prepare solution estimates, and develop commercial proposals and presentations.
• Build project teams, allocate resources, and monitor delivery and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders while maintaining regular client communication.
• Coach, mentor, and motivate teams while maintaining project reports and client documentation.

Requirements

• Technical background with 2+ years of hands-on experience in software development, QA, test automation, or business analysis, excluding SAP and technical support roles.
• 3+ years of managerial experience with full ownership of project delivery beyond coordination responsibilities.
• Experience managing fixed-price projects.
• Systematic, analytical, data-driven decision-making with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher.

Nice to have

• Experience with Fixed Fee projects and managing delivery from pre-sales to production rollout.
• Experience with SAP, Dynamics, Salesforce, Oracle, or Odoo.
