Robotics & Software Engineer (Robotics)

Location: Warsaw, Poland; hybrid workplace with partly remote work possible

Salary: PLN 19,000–25,000 gross per month under an employment contract, plus equity

What you will do

• Build modular, expandable control systems for robot actions across multiple customer use cases.
• Develop data-driven heuristics for handling different item categories.
• Detect anomalies such as multiple-item picks or item disassembly using combined signals.
• Build tools for rapid robot deployment at customer sites.
• Design interfaces and APIs for warehouse management system integrations.
• Test software through unit tests, simulations, and on real production robots.

Requirements

• 3+ years of software development experience.
• 3+ years of experience programming industrial robots; ABB experience is a strong advantage.
• Technical leadership skills and experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills and proficiency in a modern programming language, especially Python.
• Experience designing systems that span software and hardware components.
• Fluent English communication is required.
