AI Platforms Analytics and Governance Lead

Salary: $130,700–$205,200 USD annually, with additional bonus and/or equity opportunities for candidates in the United States.

hirify.global is hiring for a software role focused on enterprise AI platforms, analytics, governance, and business value realization.

What you will do

• Manage and optimize enterprise AI platforms including GitHub Copilot and OpenAI.
• Define platform standards, governance policies, model consumption guidelines, budget guardrails, and cost allocation strategies.
• Analyze platform usage, token consumption, licensing utilization, user adoption, and business value trends.
• Develop forecasting models, executive dashboards, KPIs, and statistical or machine learning analyses for spend, capacity, anomalies, adoption, and return on investment.
• Identify optimization opportunities across prompt engineering, prompt caching, model routing, token reduction, context windows, RAG, batch processing, and agent orchestration.
• Partner with security, legal, privacy, compliance, engineering, finance, procurement, platform owners, and business stakeholders while mentoring employees and influencing executive decisions.

Requirements

• Four-year or graduate degree in mathematics, statistics, economics, computer science, or a related discipline, or equivalent demonstrated competence.
• Typically 7+ years of experience in data analytics, database management, statistical analysis, or a related field.
• Experience with data analysis, data science, business intelligence, data modeling, data visualization, data warehousing, data quality, and ETL.
• Knowledge of Python, SQL, R, SAS, Power BI, Tableau, machine learning, and statistics.
• Ability to lead large cross-division functions or projects and provide innovative solutions to complex problems.
