Decision Intelligence Lead (AI)

Salary: $124,160–$232,800 per year, plus eligibility for bonus, stock, and benefits.

What you will do

• Own the product strategy, roadmap, and delivery of executive analytics solutions, including dashboards, executive summaries, and balanced scorecards.
• Develop decision intelligence products in Power BI and Microsoft Fabric with semantic models, KPI frameworks, and actionable operational insights.
• Build interactive scenario-planning applications and incorporate predictive models for trade-off analysis and forward-looking decisions.
• Automate data extraction, preparation, and transformation workflows using Python and SQL.
• Integrate SAP, Oracle, and other disparate enterprise data sources into cohesive analytics products.
• Apply AI/ML, DevOps, UX, and product management practices throughout the product lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in data engineering, data science, computer science, statistics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience; a master’s degree is preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in data science, business intelligence, or analytics, with deep expertise in modern BI architecture and tools.
• Strong Power BI and DAX expertise, plus proficiency in Python and SQL for data wrangling across disparate sources.
• Experience developing interactive applications with Power Apps, Plotly Dash, React, or comparable low-code and full-code frameworks.
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric or Databricks, cloud data ecosystems, enterprise ERP platforms, and tools including GitHub, Confluence, and Jira.
• Strong executive communication, data storytelling, product strategy, UX design, and user-centric analytics skills.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting global supply chain, manufacturing, quality, or regulatory operations.
• Familiarity with Copilot in Power BI/Fabric and GenAI application development.
• Experience across the machine learning lifecycle using frameworks such as scikit-learn or XGBoost.
• Microsoft Fabric, cloud, or data engineering certifications such as MS DP-600 or MS DP-700.
