Field Team Leader Coordinator

What you will do

• Coordinate Field Team Leaders and their teams in executing data collection and acquisition activities across RMS, NIV, RES, and Census services.
• Implement global methodologies, standards, policies, and procedures across the assigned geography.
• Monitor data quality, panel health, operational metrics, KPIs, reports, and assessments, initiating corrective actions when required.
• Manage resources, deliver field training, coach team leaders and auditors, and build a sustainable talent pipeline.
• Partner with retailers and internal teams to maintain cooperation and continuously improve field operations.
• Manage regional Travel & Expenses, operating plans, budget control, cost performance, productivity, quality, and project timelines.

Requirements

• Completed bachelor's degree.
• Business-level English fluency, C1.
• Three to five years of experience leading teams, preferably in a market research field force, operations, or a comparable environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, operational metrics, analytical tools, and Artificial Intelligence tools.
• People management, team leadership, communication, presentation, influencing, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Training in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, 5S, 8D, or comparable problem-solving methodologies.
