Installation Team Manager (Semiconductor Equipment)

Location: Bernin, France; field work across Europe with approximately 10% travel. Relocation is not available.

Salary: €46,400–€63,800 per year, with potential bonus and stock award eligibility.

What you will do

• Manage, coach, assign work to, and evaluate installation engineers across the district.
• Plan resources and schedules for field installations, ensuring safety, quality, cycle time, and cost targets.
• Coordinate daily installation ramp activities with service teams and maintain customer delivery timelines.
• Lead troubleshooting, technical escalations, and coordination with technical support teams.
• Monitor installation engineers’ hours, productivity, performance, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate product resources, capacity, and capabilities across sites while supporting regional and global implementation programs.

Requirements

• Experience managing and developing installation or field engineering teams.
• Ability to plan resources, schedules, capacity, and installation execution across multiple sites.
• Ability to coordinate technical troubleshooting, escalations, and issue resolution.
• Ability to work within global standards of business conduct and compliance requirements.
• Willingness to travel approximately 10% of the time.
