Method Technician (Manufacturing)

Location: Cholet, France; telework is possible.

What you will do

• Implement and launch new production and logistics resources.
• Optimize workstations, material flows, and tooling.
• Analyze processes, validate manufacturing times, and propose improvements.
• Create and update manufacturing standards and work instructions.
• Contribute to continuous-improvement initiatives across the site.

Requirements

• Two-year higher-education qualification in industrial production management, logistics, or continuous improvement.
• At least five years of relevant experience in production, logistics, or continuous improvement.
• Rigorous, organized, and autonomous working style.
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills, with the ability to anticipate technical constraints.
• Good interpersonal and collaboration skills.
