What you will do

• Conduct physical measurements of finished and unfinished golf balls, mantles, and centers using mechanical and electronic laboratory instruments.
• Use software, spreadsheets, and data collection programs to analyze test results and prepare graphical summaries.
• Perform equipment calibration, maintain the gage management system, and protect the integrity of electronic data records.
• Audit quality-related production processes and report discrepancies or nonconformance to supervisors.
• Support engineering qualification of new tooling, processes, and materials by tracking pilots and presenting test data.
• Support R&D and Marketing testing for new products and USGA submissions.

Requirements

• Associate degree from an accredited two-year college, or one to three years of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with Microsoft Office and Windows.
• Basic knowledge of statistical concepts and strong mathematical skills.
• Must be able to read, write, and understand English.
• Ability to use close, color, peripheral, and depth vision and adjust focus.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds and work safely while following PPE and standardized processes.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or higher.
