Quality Control Engineer (Manufacturing)

Location: Onsite in Richmond, Virginia, United States; must be flexible to work any shift and already have US work authorization.

Salary: $58,500–$93,600 annually.

What you will do

• Conduct test protocols for products, systems, and software across incoming inspection, manufacturing, factory test labs, and final inspection.
• Perform internal testing routines and Factory Acceptance Testing where applicable.
• Support supplier quality, production quality, testing and validation, and engineering activities.
• Develop and implement quality standards and test methods to ensure compliant products and services are released.
• Collect, record, and evaluate data against hirify.global specifications, customer requirements, and applicable standards.
• Assist with quality-related training and promote quality, integrity, and results-oriented practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering and at least one year of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Experience with production quality management, including inspections, audits, and performance monitoring.
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical aptitude and data collection and analysis skills.
• Flexibility to work any shift as needed.
• Existing US work authorization permitting employment with hirify.global is required.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma or continuous improvement methodologies.
• Lean Six Sigma certification.
