Realty Project Coach - Region 22 (Retail Construction)

Location: Glenolden, Pennsylvania, United States; based out of a home store with frequent travel across surrounding states and up to 1,000 miles from home. Expect to be away from home approximately 80% of the time or for 17–21 days at a time. Primarily overnight shifts lasting 10–12 hours.

Salary: $60,000–$110,000 annual salary, plus potential performance bonuses and stock.

What you will do

• Own the execution of store and club remodels, new stores and clubs, and special projects in assigned locations.
• Deliver projects on schedule, within budget, and according to quality standards.
• Communicate project plans, changes, obstacles, and progress to key stakeholders.
• Partner with store leadership and team leads to supervise hourly associates and resolve escalations.
• Hire, train, mentor, evaluate, and recognize associates while supporting their career development.
• Build stakeholder relationships, identify business needs, implement solutions, and monitor results.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field and 1 year of relevant experience, or 3 years of relevant experience without the degree.
• Relevant experience may include project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or a related area.
• Experience leading people, projects, initiatives, or cross-functional teams.
• Reliable transportation and frequent travel across the United States are required.
• Ability to work primarily overnight shifts averaging 10–12 hours.
• Successful completion of required job training and assessments.
