Project Manager (Golf)

Location: CGC - HQ - Carlsbad, United States; onsite

Salary: $77,100–$96,350–$115,600 USD annually

What you will do

• Coordinate new product development and commercialization across Sales, Marketing, Creative Services, R&D, and other departments.
• Develop project plans, maintain project calendars, and track key deliverables against target dates.
• Lead cross-functional meetings and maintain project documentation in Program Central and other internal systems.
• Coordinate global sample requirements, Special Make-Up products, part-number creation, Offering Matrices, and SMS trackers.
• Manage requests in Asana and ensure project information is accurate and up to date.
• Resolve issues with stakeholders, escalate resource needs, and prepare revised timelines when required.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant project team-based work experience.
• Strong organization, prioritization, accountability, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and oral communication skills for cross-functional collaboration at all organizational levels.
• Ability to work under time pressure across global time zones and with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and relevant internal systems, including Asana, Centric, and SAP.
• BA/BS or equivalent relevant experience; formal project management education and experience are preferred.

• Product commercialization experience in the consumer products industry.
