Air Export Agent (Logistics)

What you will do

• Manage air export shipments from booking through delivery.
• Enter accurate and timely shipment data into the operating system.
• Track and trace air export files through internal systems, airline websites, and airline offices.
• Coordinate international shipments with customers, airlines, brokers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Send customs documentation on time and ensure accurate client and vendor billing.
• Follow company policies, regulations, and compliance standards while completing required training.

Requirements

• 6 months–1 year of relevant experience or equivalent training.
• Good computer skills, including Excel, Word, and operating systems.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Good education, preferably to A Level standard; minimum GCSE Maths and English.
