Child Care Advisor - Compliance

What you will do

• Manage a caseload of customers and support positive service outcomes.
• Enroll categorically eligible children and explain parent rights, responsibilities, and attendance requirements.
• Monitor attendance, service utilization, fund usage, and compliance with Personal Responsibility Agreements.
• Maintain eligibility, demographic, and service records in designated systems.
• Refer suspected fraud or misuse and assist with quality assurance monitoring responses.
• Support the recruitment, processing, and monitoring of local relative providers when needed.

Requirements

• Two years of directly related progressively responsible experience, or an equivalent combination of experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong management and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work with clients and collaborate across management and staff levels.
• Knowledge of community resources and cultural sensitivity.
• Computer literacy, including Microsoft Word and Excel, with the ability to learn specialized databases and software systems.
