LOB Risk Spec

Location: In-office in Pittsburgh, PA or Strongsville, OH

Base salary: $63,750.00–$106,250.00 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Support the execution of line-of-business risk management programs and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Help design and develop risk management programs aligned with business and regulatory expectations.
• Perform business self-assessments, quality reviews, and other program activities across lines of business.
• Evaluate innovative analytics that provide insights into vendor risk, performance, and value.
• Identify risk exposures, escalate issues for resolution, and handle risk initiatives, business-as-usual activities, and ad hoc requests.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Credit, Legal, Audit, business teams, and other risk partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• At least 2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Knowledge of risk management programs, operational risk, internal controls, and process management.
• Strong accuracy, attention to detail, data gathering, reporting, decision-making, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in the office in Pittsburgh, PA or Strongsville, OH.
• Employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available.

Nice to have

• Experience with change management, conflict management, crisis management, emerging risks, influencing change, operations management, or strategic planning.
