Master Scheduler (Aerospace)

What you will do

• Own and maintain the company-wide integrated master schedule across product design, development, production, and program execution.
• Build engineering, development, and program execution schedules with milestones, dependencies, gates, and critical paths.
• Track progress across departments and identify schedule risks, delays, resource conflicts, and mitigation actions.
• Partner with engineering, supply chain, production, and program management to keep schedules accurate and realistic.
• Establish consistent scheduling processes, update cadences, and standards across the company.
• Report schedule health, progress, changes, and major issues to leadership.

Requirements

• U.S. Person status or eligibility to obtain required export authorizations is required for access to export-controlled data.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in scheduling or program planning, preferably in manufacturing or aerospace.
• Experience building complex integrated schedules with interdependent tasks across multiple programs or teams.
• Strong understanding of engineering development and production processes, including critical path and milestone scheduling.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, and advanced Microsoft Excel, plus strong communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience owning a company-level or integrated master schedule.
• Experience delivering integrated master schedules for U.S. Government Contract Data Requirements Lists.
• Experience in satellite manufacturing, aerospace, defense, or high-tech industries.
• PMP, CPIM, PMI-SP, Six Sigma, or another project management or scheduling certification.
• Experience scheduling both product development and production.
