What you will do
- Lead the creation of comprehensive test plans and test case scenarios for new and existing products.
- Perform complex manual testing, post-production validation, and analysis of test data.
- Maintain testing documentation, quality metrics, comparison data, and case records.
- Coordinate non-functional testing activities, including performance, concert, and penetration testing.
- Collaborate with management and delivery teams to improve testing solutions, application functionality, and customer outcomes.
- Provide technical guidance and training support to junior analysts and contribute as a subject matter expert.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED with 12 years of quality experience, or a related bachelor’s degree with 8 years of quality experience.
- Advanced knowledge of software implementation methodologies and test case design and strategy.
- Advanced knowledge of test management tools such as Azure DevOps, qTest, or Application Lifecycle Management.
- Ability to research, analyze data, derive data-driven solutions, and manage priorities.
- Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
- Work is based in Hoover, Alabama.
Nice to have
- Experience with Deluxe TRIPS Exception Manager.
- Experience in bank deposit operations, item processing, exceptions processing, or related financial operations.
- Familiarity with financial services or banking technology environments.
- Working knowledge of Regions’ testing standards.
