Product Manager II - Consumer Card Servicing (Fintech)

Location: In-office in Pittsburgh or Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; Charlotte, North Carolina; Chicago, Illinois; Wilmington, Delaware; Cleveland, Ohio; or Washington, DC

Base salary: $75,000–$150,000 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end strategy, health, and evolution of assigned debit card servicing journeys.
• Define current-state and future-state journey visions covering customer needs, pain points, colleague experiences, operational dependencies, and business objectives.
• Set priorities, success measures, and multi-year roadmaps aligned with debit card, servicing, digital, and enterprise strategies.
• Identify opportunities to simplify experiences, reduce friction, improve outcomes, manage risk, and create measurable business value.
• Coordinate with Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Communications, Data & Analytics, Design, Care Center, and Branch stakeholders.
• Monitor product and business results, lead improvement initiatives, and support risk management, compliance, and audit activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• 3+ years of relevant or direct industry experience.
• Experience with product management, product development, customer solutions, business objectives, marketing, or sales.
• Strong business acumen, decision-making, critical thinking, collaboration, communication, problem-solving, and design-thinking skills.
• This is an in-office position based in one of the listed U.S. locations.
