is supporting a large, well-established organisation recruiting into its finance function.
What you will do
- Lead and support finance transformation and business change projects.
- Identify and deliver process improvements across the finance function.
- Partner with senior stakeholders across Finance, Technology, and the wider business.
- Support finance systems implementations, digital transformation, and increased automation.
- Review and improve month-end, balance sheet controls, R2R, P2P, and O2C processes.
- Gather business requirements, support project governance, track benefits, and drive adoption of new systems and ways of working.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of finance combined with demonstrable experience delivering or supporting change.
- Experience in finance transformation, process improvement, operational excellence, finance systems, financial control, finance business partnering, or finance change projects.
- Experience with finance transformation, ERP or finance systems implementation, automation, digital finance, or finance operating model improvements.
- Experience with R2R, P2P, and/or O2C processes.
- Project management, business change, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder management experience in a large or complex organisation.
- A recognised finance qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA is advantageous but not essential.
