Location: London, New York, or Boston; employees work from the office 4 days a week with flexibility to work remotely 1 day a week.

Base salary: USD 120,000–225,000 per year, plus potential discretionary bonus, incentives, and benefits.

What you will do

• Manage a discretionary Emerging Markets fixed-income alpha sleeve within the Global Macro team.
• Generate differentiated investment ideas across Emerging Markets fixed income.
• Contribute to firm-wide investment discussions and research dialogue.
• Partner with sales and client functions to grow assets and strengthen client relationships.
• Mentor high-potential and developing investment professionals.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant investment experience in Emerging Markets fixed income.
• Experience managing meaningful assets and an attributable investment track record.
• Ability to scale risk across different market environments.
• Strong, repeatable processes for idea generation, decision-making, portfolio construction, and risk management.
• Deep expertise in Emerging Markets fixed income, including areas such as sovereign, corporate, local markets, rates, currencies, or related credit strategies.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, academic, and collaborative skills, with a fiduciary mindset and high professional integrity.
