AWS Project Manager (AI)

Location: Remote - United States

Annual salary range: $87,400-$266,300 USD, depending on location, role, skills, and experience.

What you will do

• Plan and lead full lifecycle delivery of CCaaS, conversational AI, agentic solutions, and migrations.
• Manage project financials, scope, change control, schedules, dependencies, milestones, and risks.
• Lead client status meetings, outcomes and business objectives sessions, stakeholder communications, and weekly reporting.
• Partner with architects and consultants to manage requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, presentations, and delivery quality.
• Coordinate UAT, defect resolution, end-user training, production cutover, and post-go-live hypercare.
• Coordinate AWS, client, vendor, architecture, development, QA, and DevOps teams while serving as Agile Scrum Master.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience in contact center environments, including CCaaS implementations.
• 2+ years of hands-on project management or Scrum leadership experience on Amazon Connect implementations.
• Experience delivering AI solutions in contact center contexts and working in professional services or consulting.
• Experience with estimation, sizing, SOWs, change orders, requirements sessions, user stories, and client-facing presentations.
• Experience applying Agile and hybrid project management approaches.
• Current AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner or AWS Certified Solutions Architect certification.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of IVR, voice, chat, SMS, call routing, integrations, and reporting.
• Hands-on experience delivering agentic AI solutions for contact centers.
• Experience with Jira, Smartsheet, or similar project-management and Agile tools.
• Background as a Solution Architect, Product Owner, Functional or Technical Consultant, or Business Analyst.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or Management.
