Client Account Services Specialist (1 Year Contract)

Location: BOS Singapore; onsite

What you will do

• Review account-opening documentation for completeness, including KYC and constitutional documents for complex accounts.
• Work with Relationship Managers and Assistant Relationship Managers to identify missing or deficient documentation and follow up with clients.
• Update source-document data in the bank’s Client Onboarding System.
• Monitor outstanding documentation and ensure accurate, timely submission.
• Work with Compliance to align processes with current regulatory requirements.
• Support the controls framework by identifying risks, implementing periodic controls, remediating errors, and improving processes with RTB teams.

Requirements

• Similar experience in private banking or retail banking.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar capacity, with an interest in developing a career in account documentation review.
• Meticulous and detail-oriented approach.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently with minimal direction.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
