Senior Risk Management Manager (Fintech)

Location: Singapore; at least 3 days per week in the office required

What you will do

• Lead operations and enforcement for hirify.global risk programs across the Asia Pacific region.
• Manage complex investigations, compliance reviews, escalations, corrective action plans, and remediation activities.
• Oversee programs covering payment integrity, acquirer and issuer risk, fraud reporting, third-party registration, and cardholder data security.
• Manage financial and operational processes while ensuring consistent application of hirify.global Rules and program requirements.
• Advise internal and external stakeholders on compliance requirements, remediation strategies, and enforcement approaches.
• Escalate high-risk matters and provide recommendations to reduce operational, brand, and reputational risk.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in program operations or risk management.
• Hands-on experience using automation and AI tools, such as M365 Copilot and Power Automate, to improve processes.
• Experience managing multiple priorities and delivering results under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder management, influencing, communication, strategic thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate across global teams and time zones and engage with internal and external clients.
• Ability to work from the Singapore office at least 3 days per week.
