Regulatory Compliance Officer (Crypto)

What you will do

• Draft, review, and maintain Singapore-specific compliance policies, procedures, controls descriptions, job aids, and governance documentation.
• Support the AML/CFT, sanctions, and broader regulatory compliance framework in line with MAS rules, notices, guidelines, and internal standards.
• Prepare governance decks, risk assessments, gap analyses, remediation updates, regulatory briefing papers, and other materials for senior management, the Board, auditors, and regulators.
• Track licensing conditions, regulatory commitments, control enhancements, audit findings, and remediation actions.
• Support regulatory inspections, information requests, compliance reporting, and evidence validation.
• Contribute to risk-based compliance training and maintain training materials and attendance records.

Requirements

• 10+ years of regulatory compliance and financial crime compliance experience with a MAS-regulated Singapore entity.
• Direct experience with Singapore regulatory license applications, major regulatory change programs, remediation, or supervisory engagements.
• Strong knowledge of the Securities and Futures Act and applicable MAS rules, regulations, notices, and circulars.
• Experience drafting policies, procedures, regulatory submissions, governance papers, and formal compliance documentation.
• Strong program management, analytical, written, verbal, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in law, finance, business, or a related field; CAMS, ICA, CRCM, CFA, or equivalent certification is beneficial.
